If you have ordered several products, the return time is calculated from the date you received the last product. The returnable product must be returned within 14 days of the return agreement.
If you exercise your right of return, the products must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods, the total amount of the order, including shipping cost, will be canceled. The cost of shipping the returned goods to LUMINEO will be borne by the returning customer.
PLEASE NOTE - we cannot accept the return of goods for products damaged or used by the customer.
