IT ONLY TAKES 5 MINUTES, 2-3 TIMES A WEEK, TO GET VISIBLE RESULTS

SERUM 1

1. spread a generous amount of Serum 1 on theface (avoiding the eyes, eyelids and lips).

2. Select a programme on the device:

• negative ions (ION - )
• duration of treatment - 2 minutes

At the end of the treatment, wash off any remaining Serum 1 from your face.

SERUM 2

Applya generous amount of Serum 2 to the wrinkles you wish to reduce (e.g. around the eyes, mouth, lion's wrinkle)

2. select the programme on the device:

• duration of treatment - 3 minutes

3) At the end of the treatment, wash off any remaining Serum 2 from your face, use a toner and apply a skin care cream.

Should I feel the ION-/ION+ currents in any way during treatment with the LUMINEO device?

During the treatment you mainly feel pleasant vibrations. The effect of the ION/ION+ currents themselves is usually not perceptible. However, depending on the type of skin (particularly in the case of sensitive skin) it is possible to feel a slight warmth, burning or pinching. A metallic aftertaste in the mouth may also occur during the treatment. This is normal and should not cause concern.

Can I experience redness after the treatment?

There may be a slight redness after the treatment, which usually disappears after a few minutes. If you experience discomfort or more redness during the treatment, stop the treatment and wash the product off your face.

Can an allergic reaction occur during treatment?

With any cosmetic treatment or cosmetic, an allergic reaction can occur. Therefore, it is always necessary to perform a test on a small area of skin before a treatment is performed to ensure that there is no allergy to any of the ingredients. Sometimes, even natural ingredients such as marine algae can cause an allergic reaction in some people. People who are allergic to metal (e.g. chrome, nickel) should also test before using the device.

The devices, together with the cosmetics, have been tested in professional, independent laboratories in Poland, both technically and in terms of their effect. LUMINEO devices are identical in operation to much more expensive products in this category, have precise settings and an attractive price.

Is it necessary to additionally use conductive gels for LUMINEO devices or care preparations?

No. The use of such gels may cause irritation or other damage to the skin. All LUMINEO cosmetics, including MESO SERUM, are already properly prepared for the treatment and conductive gels should not be additionally applied to them.

Are there any contraindications to the use of this device?

Yes. The device should not be used if you have metal objects in your body (pacemaker, metal plates, splints, etc.), in cancer and epilepsy, in the post-operative period, in febrile states, in the case of spasmodic muscle paralysis, in inflammatory conditions of the skin and in pregnancy. Treatments should not be performed on birthmarks, protruding moles or damaged skin. If you have implants or braces or have another medical condition, you should consult your doctor before using the device.

Can I use the device in the bath or shower?

The device is not waterproof. It should not be dropped into water or used in the bath or shower. The device should be cleaned with a damp towel after treatment.
